Thanks for replying, but that does not seem to work when loading Presets in a different library.
Have dug a bit further and I think it’s got something to do with the MIDI mappings. I might have to try matching the MIDI map from the old and new Preset within the new library before doing the MIDI import… might get fiddly!

Thanks for all the feedback… I’m using Logic Studio are largely a writing tool and instrument, getting the song assembly how i want it, then bouncing everything out into Harrison Mixbus so using its built in compression and EQ with some parallel compression in a mixbus, pretty standard stuff. Just hadn’t given much thought really to modifying the preset kits I’m using other than adding a shell or cymbal.
Is there a way I can take the effected kit post its built-in effects through one set of SD3 mixer outputs into Logic, and another completely dry/pre anything outputs at the same time?
Either way I’m going to tear up one of my mixes and do it again fresh with this in mind!
