error code fixed they did contact me via email letting me know they are busy and will be sometime before they contact me again so I explained my senario to them , thanx for putting up with my bumbling pc skills I'm sure all will be fixed soon

No one has contacted me about multiple accounts, I don’t know how that happened, think it was pre product manager, anyways will try again tonight thanks again will let you know if it worked either way cheers

Having trouble with td9 with 3 way ride cymbal I have somehow got it working and next time I’m going in circles I’ve played with the learn button but cant figure it out td9 midi for ride is R51 B53 it must have something to do with the learn button please help
