Hi, I’ve had the same experience.

I have been using EZ drummer 2, and downloaded the trial of EZ drummer 3.

After trying out the EZ drummer 3 trial, i’ve purchased the full version.

During this process, I could not have Toontrack Product Manager install two EZX sound expansions (Gospel and In the Pocket) with following message:

“You need to install the required sampler software before installing Gospel EZX Expansion Pack”

I’ve downloaded the EZ drummer 3 again from the Toontrack Product Manager, uninstalled product from “installation info”, then installed EZ drummer 3 again.

As the sampler software have been re-installed, I was able to install the EZX sound expansions.
