Thanks from me, too. The Track performance options tip works great. I’m moving from Pro Tools to Reaper and watching the cursor lag behind in the Grid Editor for my first sessions was driving me nuts. Cheers!

Thanked by: ShootieI did delete the Database folder completely and I think I’m okay now. EZdrummer 2 is showing up but it’s parked at Download Step 1. I left the EZdrummer 2 Modern and Vintage kit folders in place, those showed desktop folder update dates in line with my EZdrummer 3 install, so I’m concluding that those are updated and should remain. I think I am ready to go, otherwise let me know if you have any other comments.
I had followed your steps but didn’t delete the Database folder. Am I to delete the entire Database folder?
I’d like to keep the drum kits from these two though:
EZX2_EZdrummer2_Modern
EZX2_EZdrummer2_Vintage
If I delete those folders will I lose those kits completely? I thought I read where those kits were retained.
Great step list, thanks. I just finished installing EZdrummer 3 and macOS Monterey and they are working okay so far, so I used your instructions to uninstall EZdrummer 2. Even without time yet to power use the new EZdrummer 3 features I am so impressed.
