This is John Myers. I’ve had trouble creating a new ticket for an issue with Superior Drummer 2. In the product manager app, it shows that my SD 2 is downloaded and authorized, but in Logic Pro’s Plug-in Manager, the plug-in won’t validate.
I have the latest updates for Sonoma OS on my MacBook Pro 2023 and for Logic Pro. Plus, I have the latest update for Superior Drummer 2 installed.
Could you please help me with this issue? If not, could you route this to the proper people that could provide the solution? Thank you for your help and for solving issues in the past!
