Thank you, Mick! It was indeed a Logic setting where somehow when I paste the Midi it also included the tempo. I was able to reset that in the General Settings/Notifications in Logic.

It still imports as the original groove tempo and overwrites the song.

At this point I might just reinstall the plugin.

Yes, it happens on every project.

And I know I can keep them in the plugin and move over but I have been moving each piece over at a time, though perhaps this is foolish.
