I bought the EZkeys Retro Electrics during the Black Friday sale from Sweetwater.com, and they definitely indicated ahead of time on their website that I would qualify for the Promo: Free EZkeys Expansion. In fact, it is printed on my email receipt from them. However, in my Toontrack account, after I registered the EZkeys Retro Electrics, I can’t find any way to qualify or to register for a Free EZkeys Expansion, which I was promised when I made the purchase. Attached is my email receipt (with all personal info deleted), with the Free EZkeys Expansion promo circled in red and pointed out. I can send you a copy of my original email receipt with all personal details included, if it will help you to qualify me for the Free EZkeys Expansion promo. Please let me know if you can help.
