JetAirliner If i understood your question correctly a rough chart would be:
E-drum kit with trig to midi converter (“brain”, comes with most kits today) midi out into Soundcard’s midi in.
Any recording app, such as garage band, cubase, sonar and so on, will do.
That’s pretty much it.
