Ah! I misunderstood. Had downloaded using Product Manager, but hadn’t tried to run Uninstall from there. Thank you! That got it. All working now.

Thanked by: Olof HermanssonPer my original question, I tried to do that (but couldn’t) already: the installer downloaded from my account is for an older O/S and won’t run under Mac OS Big Sur. (It has the stop-sign symbol over it.) The confusion is probably my fault–I selected the wrong version of EZ Drummer in the original post pull-down. Apologies! It’s correct now (2.2.3) .What should I do?
With the newly downloaded installer, Nashville does get copied to the hard drive.
Issue 1: Nashville does not appear as an option (in EZDrummer) when loading EZDrummer as a plugin within Pro Tools.
Issue 2: I have a separate sample drive. I used the mover utilty to move the stock EZDrummer library to that drive. This appeared to be successful. (I say appeared because the files now exist in both locations; I’m not sure how to determine which set is being used.) I tried using the mover utility again after installing Nashville and the files did NOT appear on the sample drive.
…so, I’m trying to solve to problems: Getting Nashville available for use, and getting Nashville installed on my Sample drive.
Well, downloading a new installer fixed the problem for EZDrummer, but doing the same for Nashville did not solve the problem for it. Same symptom: Installer appears to run, but I don’t end up with any samples on my HD. Thoughts?
