Many thanks for your reply. I followed your instructions and solved part of the problem. The software is recognising TD 17 in the output.

Now I encountered another issue. When I beat on the edrums, the sound (both headphones and amplifier) is low and strange, especially the snare. But when I click on the snare on the PC (on the EZ3), the sound from both headphones and amplifier is perfect and loud.

Is that what is supposed to happen please? I thought that using EZ3 will improve the sound of my edrums. I think that it’s my fault and I’m doing something wrong. Can you please advise? Thanks
