Hi. I found by going into the Trigger section in the Utility page and changing the HIHAT SPLASH to NOT SENT resolved the crash cymbal issue while triggering the hihat pedal.

I have the exact same issue. Have you ever solved it? Ive been trying to figure out whats causing it for quite a while.
