I contacted this seller and he only wanted to complete the transfer through Paypal as friends and family, be aware as there is no possible way to get your refund if you are scammed through this method. I was very reasonable and offered to use Ebay or another more reliable source. I would avoid this seller, it has a very scammy feel. Proceed with caution.
