“Fields of Rock” (FOR) is absolutely not your best choice for modern pop/R&B. It’s heavily biased toward big rock drums — crunchy, live, and aggressive. Great for heavier genres but will feel too raw or heavy-handed for pop/R&B unless you heavily process it. “Hansa Studios” is a bit better — the drums are vintage-leaning but crisp, and it has some retro pop vibe. Still, it’s not the most broad or flexible for current chart R&B or slick pop production.
