Same issue using stand alone, but not in DAW. The note is on the grid and sounds with the mouse but not during playback. Major headaches trying to figure it out.

Problem solved with Pro Tools. I deleted the previous session and started a new one. This time when importing the midi file, I made sure “import tempo” was ticked. Set EZ Drummer as an insert and bingo, spot on.
Yes, “follow host” is selected in Pro Tools. Still playing at 120 BPM. If I set up an instrument track in Pro Tools, then set EZ Player as an insert, I have tried dragging the midi file onto the “drag midi song blocks here” and importing using the “import midi file.” Â I have also just dragged the midi file into Pro Tools, which Pro Tools recognizing as midi tracks, and then adding EZ Drummer 2 as an insert on the midi drum track. Same results, the tempo is defaulting to 120 BPM. I am having the same results with tempo issues with the stand alone player as I am with Pro Tools.
