Good news! I re-installed the entire library from PM to a new SSD and now everything works. 😊

Exactly. Not all cymbals are blank, but some. And if I change them to other cymbals or start a new empty kit and select new cymbals they go blank.
I’m not sure how to check that, other than in my attached screenshots. The library I’m using is 238 gb and is the one found on the SSD I got with the product.

In the Toontrack Product Manager App (not the web version) what is the status of Superior Drummer? It may help if you post the details, but please don’t post the serial number.

I think it is all ok!
You might want to try running the Product Manager to see if there are any updates required. You also might want to try Restore Instrument Database in the Advanced Settings. Would probably recommend using the library copy for your interactions.
