ok… here was the deal. My EZDrummer had a .dll file in two locations. one in a VST folder under “programs” was the updated version of 1.31. The one .dll file in my Cubase VST Plugins folder was the 1.30 version. I could not update the version in Cubase unless I got rid of one of them. I deleted the VST folder and ran the 1.31 update. It updated the the .dll file in Cubase and all is well again. Thanks sooooooooooo much for pointing me in the right direction!!!! Now I can go back to making music. You guys rock!!!

Aha!!!!!! You have me doubting myself! !! I’m at work (sshhhhhhhh) and no where near my DAW but when I installed all my Toontrack software again I made sure that I installed the intaial software I have and then the updates. That includes all the expansion packs. I can double check in a few hours. I just checked “my software” on your site and it shows that I downloaded the update….. so…. I must have 1.31 installed.
I also read on your site that Windows 7 SP 1 should also be installed. My DAW is not connected to the internet. I will double check what version of EZDrummer I have and install Windows 7 SP 1 when I get home…. will this help. Thanks for taking the time to help me…. second set of eyes/ears always helps!!!

The latest version of EZDrummer. I like keeping my software updated. I record at 48K.
