The info here contains the gist of the answer (thanks!) but for clarity in case anyone else gets this on a search – here’s how it worked for me in a bit more detail:
I had copied some Midi from an old PC, just using windows explorer; I pasted this into the User Midi folder for EZD3 on my new PCand it showed in EZD3 browser – but with no files – just like OP; similarly I could see and play the midi no probs in EZD2 – just like OP. In the Grooves Browser window in EZD3, if you return to the User Midi section you will see a little notification dot advising un-synced files. Right Click here and select ‘Sync File Changes’ and EZD3 will now incorporate the Midi into your EZD3 library.
Reply To: EZ Drummer 3 not showing all user midi files, EZ Drummer 2 does show them version: 3.0.6 Operating system: Windows 11
