Your reply may get me closer to a goal I have sought for years…. Once I have a completed EZ Keys track, is there a way to put the midi performance into notation software (Sibelius, MuseScore, Finale, etc) so that it will produce immediately accurate and legible music that I can give to a human keyboardist? Currently, I export EZ keys’ midi and then import it (as midi) into notation software–but most often it is horribly mangled, or puts the left/right hands on one staff, or ignores pedals and dynamics, etc. I end up doing so much editing that it becomes a herculean chore.
I guess what I’m hoping for is that eventually EZ Keys (and other songwriting tools) would make this process more seamless.
I should also note that my DAW is somewhat outdated and its notation capabilities are on the primitive side.
Perhaps what I’m after is a suggested feature from ToonTrack; could you point me in the direction of a place to request this?
Thanks!
