I make have broken it! Sorry
Well, Latin Percussion came out in 2006 and Twisted Kit came out in 2007, so I think there is some hope for finding some installer that will work. And from Toontrack’s support message, it seems like an offline authorization is possible.
Sorry, not quite sure what happened with the formatting on that. I just copy and pasted from an email. Maybe this will work better…
Compatibility with Muse Receptor

Superior Drummer 2 (SD2) on your Muse Receptor Quattro is a 32-bit application, and both the Latin and Twisted EZX kits were designed to work with SD2.

You should be able to install and use these expansions with SD2 on your Muse Receptor.
Registration and Authorization
Since the Muse Receptor is an older system:

Ensure you have the Toontrack Product Manager installed on a separate, compatible computer.

Use the Product Manager to download the necessary installer files for the Latin and Twisted kits.

Transfer the files to the Muse Receptor and install them manually.

The authorization process may require offline activation. You’ll need to generate an authorization file from the Muse Receptor and upload it to your Toontrack account using a different computer.
Important Considerations

System Limitations: The Muse Receptor and SD2 are legacy systems and no longer supported for updates. Some functionality may be limited compared to using these kits in Superior Drummer 3.

Support Discontinuation: If you encounter issues with installation or authorization on the Muse Receptor, support options may be limited due to the age of the platform.
Jack,
I’m not going to try to install SD3 on the Receptor, it has SD2 installed. But if that works, the Latin and Twisted kits should work too.
Here’s the response that I got from Toontrack support…

Brad,
Thank you so much.
I actually have 2 Muse Receptors. Version 1 Rev C and a Quattro. I just recently cloned their hard drives to SSD and I’m trying to get all the non working VSTs erased off them and get everything I possibly can to work on them. Having something in a rackmount case on wheels is so much more worry free for live shows than a laptop that might fall off a table or get damaged.
Let me know if you find anything.
