I just got a reply from support as well. You’re right this is a protools issue but good news for me there is an update I can get from protools 10 that enable the 64bit compatibility. Using a dinosaur of a computer probably doesn’t help but hey it was top of the line(ten plus years ago)

I’m having similar issue.

 

Have EZ drummer 3 installed.

 

installed today protools 10 on my windows 7 computer.

 

I make an instrument track stereo, insert,  multichannel plugin, instrument…

 

I see Xpand2 and the like but ez drummer is missing.

 

help!

 

could this be a setting issue? I used protools 8LE for the longest time and solved lots of issues with settings on new song even. I’m stumped
