yes at last.ive deleted it.

go to programe files x 86 then common files/toontracks its in there as 1914 EZX 70s

reboot pc open drummer,it was an empty file but needed to be removed in order for it to stop showing in grooves ezdrummer

Solved.

When your finished and ready to drag to timeline you have to grab the bottom part,the drums.what I was doing was grabbing from the top which put drums and keys into it.thats why I was getting crashes as my drum sample,making its out of sync.it very deceiving.
