Thanks… When I mentioned BASIC and MANUAL modes, I was talking abou EZD3 when launched through Logic, not Logic itself.  But yeah… I was kind of suspecting that the older versions of Logic and the macOS were the culprits.  I’m making it work for now, and have an upgrade path planned.  Thanks again.

Mick, thanks for the reply, and I am using the bright room, but when I changed the mixer settings for that room, it did fix my toms issue! (Newby to EZD3… thank you).  However, the window still does not scale like when it is independently launched.  Not a show-stopper but a little disappointing.  Playing with various work flows, but in some instances, BASIC mode opens up, and in others MANUAL mode opens up when launching within Logic.  still trying to see what the difference is, and what exactly what causes a BASIC vs MANUAL mode launch.
