That was great…The drums and keys. everything Loved the riffage. Guitar tome is massive. What are you using? The only thing that I could critique is the rhythm guitars sound a little loud in the mix.
Really good job
Wow thanks so much listening and the kind words. I also am from the world of hard rock /metal but I love to dabble in everything.
Hey Thanks for listening…I appreciate the kind words. I’m not familiar with Dreams So Real?
Ez drummer is a god send. I am so jazzed to have it. Fantastic!!!!!

Why not just use your DAWs PR?
Yeah, you COULD do this, but you shouldnt need too. We can algorithmically add in hits in a fashion that a real drummer could, but cant say to him, “Add a kick on the 3”? Thats seems just a little silly to me.
Of course you tell your drummer that….used to do it all the time…still do it…..Will always do it….ok I’m done
Because part of the beauty is you can use this program off line which comes in very handy
Yeah but it’s not an easy option….
Being able to open the piano roll would make things so much easier when you have to alter thing to suit your music….. You guys should really think about it as an update… Still a great product
OK I did it… All of it. What an ordeal….
BTW in your read me if you guys had a jpg screen shot of the file to extract which I found out the very long way is the first one, it would save so much frustration.
In referring to the comment about not running the installer in the zip mode etc…… Just saying.
And after being critical I do want to say what an amazing product !!!!!!!!! And tech support that you guys provide and by that I mean this forum. Avid should learn from toontrack. Take a bow!!!!
I’m confused.
If it’s not listed in your ‘My Products’ page, how does it also say ‘unauthorized’?
Nevermind….the light bulb just went on. Sorry and thanks
If you are running 32-bit Pro Tools, you need to install the 32-bit version. If you want to use EZdrummer 2 in standalone mode (or another 64-bit host) you can also install the 64-bit version (if you OS is 64-bit).
Okay I have to install both. I didn’t know that was an option.
Thanks for the help.
I must be getting mixed up with EZ drummer 2.0. in the preview of that it showed constructing a song in the midi window. I thought that would be an excellent tool to have when you’re not conducting drum tracks in your daw
So I’ve seemed to figure it out. I re downloaded easy player installer and the 32-bit went on the computer.I’m not sure why the32-bit works and not the 64 even though I have windows 7 64 bit….but that’s the way it is. having said all that it does work perfectly normal in Pro Tools. what I don’t understand is what is the purpose of toon track solo…. it doesn’t seem to be able to do anything.. I thought you could be used as a MIDI file place to build your songs. 2.0 it seems to have the functionality but I guess is the drummer one does not.
