Hi….

I read on your website that “You can cancel before download starts. Once the download is initiated, the order can’t be cancelled and the sale is final.”

However, I’ve downloaded and registered EZDrummer3,  EZDrummer 3 Core Library and 2 packs (Hip-Hop!EZX & Jazz EZX).

Really I’m looking for a cancellation/refund.

Can any exceptions be made? I just can’t get on with it very well, unfortunately. I know about the tweakability and learning curver, but still, it’s just not my sound.
