All issues have been resolved. Thank you everyone for your help!
SD 2 is by far the best sounding drum smapler I have used to date!!

I was at GC today to address the issue. They directed me to their Toontrack representative who said after SD2 is authorized, the Ezplayer should “auto-populate” in the list of owned products on the Toontrack website and the serial number is not supposed to come on the receipt. . He also said to get in touch with Toontrack support if any issues.
GC refused to give out a serial number for Ezplayer. If this is a GC issue I will have to readdress with them. What is the official process this is supposed to happen?

Updated all software with latest patches and finally seems to be working. Just need a serial number to authorize. Gonna check back with Guitar Center where I bought superior 2, to see if they should have provided it. If not gonna need to check with toontrack support I guess?

Update: Got everyhting working except for ezplayer. Toontrack solo 64 bit working, sees the SD2 and is able to work fine. Explayer won’t open from the toontrack solo. Gives a “can’t find program” error. The Ezplayer is installed with the ezplayer.dll in the same folder as the sd2.dll which is working fine. already tried uninstalling/reinstalling both solo and ezplayer. no use. Not sure what else to try.
