I know it says in you post that you have version 1.0.2 but have you checked in the bottom left corner of the EZbass interface that is actually says 1.0.2?
Have you installed it? It’s not installed by the EZbass installer due to it being a generic Toontrack Product. It can be found in the Product Manager under Toontrack Software Tools.
