My experience with them has been positive. I purchased SD2 and EZ2 as well as several expansions, and have registered them successfully with Toontrack.
What happens is you purchase the license from them and then register the serial through Toontrack PM. There might be a delay, but never more than an hour or so. My experiences with them have all been positive: Price + loyalty points.
