Good day, I have the same problem, I can not get the authorization code. I followed the steps down to “my products” but when I select it, I get “You have not registered products. Let’s change that! :)” And asks me to register the product.
I bought it at Toontrack buying the usb audiobox that came with the Studio One Artist 2 I do not get the codes or the Toontrack EZdrummer Lite plus, neither of which are native instrument that came with the Studio One ARTIST2.
