The same thing happened to me once, try another Browser. I am a IBM, and I have a big choice.
Did you download the Toontrack program manager? If you did when you open it, there will be all of your purchases and the ability to down load and install. You will see what is installed and what is not. Hope this helps. If you are using a 64 bit system, no reason to install 32 bit.
If you can get to the midi of the track, and can edit it, by all means you can do what you want.
Locate the Snare and then what ever other sound you would like it to be and highlite the snare beats and drag to the new position.
First Question, What DAW are you using. Eazy Drummer must be on a track. You can raise or lower the track volume. Or change it to audio file and adjust the volume. Hope this helps
