I have a similar problem. I plugged my Roland via MIDI on my Mac and I picked TD-17 on EZDrummer. It shows the drums blinking when I hit the pads but no sound comes off the headphone. If I look at the audio settings, it’s not recognizing my external headphone even though it’s plugged and all other audios from my computer are coming through it.It’s just EZdrummer that’s not recognizing it.
Any advice?

Just want to make sure I understand it. I bought an edrum from Thomann and let’s say, there are 2 cymbal pads which are probably a crash and a ride. If I want to make it 2 crashes, I can’t do that on ezdrummer 2?
And if I change that in the module that comes with the edrum, will EZdrummer 2 recognize and therefore allow me to use it as 2 crashes, for instance?
