    Setting the drumset up as a NEW KEYBOARD DEVICE did the trick. Seems counter intuitive, but that was the response I got and it worked.

    in the EZdrummer 2 standalone, did you put a check mark in the box right next to your MIDI In Device in Audio/MIDI Settings?

    <em>Apparently not, though I would have thought so. Doing this at your suggestion got the drums triggering in the stand alone (but not the DAW)</em>

    You have verified that you can record MIDI from your DM 10 in Studio One?

    <em>Honestly, I have had nothing but hang ups trying to learn to use Studio One 4, and am not sure of much of anything (extreme frustration, particularly with this drum issue)</em>

     

    If you record MIDI to an instrument track with EZdrummer 2 inserted in Studio One, does it trigger EZdrummer 2?
