would anyone know the  latency in a TD27 connected by USB? Or how to get that info?

And would an audio interface be better than using the TD27 as an interface?

They will play in other drum software, but you may have to change the mapping.

The TD 50x preset should take care of that. I have a TD 27 with the digital snare and use the TD 27 preset and the cross stick works great.

Yeah I have the Tama snare bug on Mac and PC. It still sounds although you cant edit anything because you cant select it since its not there.

But this ezx sounds great so far

1: Depending on your kit I would adjust the gain or sensitivity of your kick on your module. Setup a user kit designed just for SD3.

then all your kicks will be correct to you in SD3

2:If you modify a stock preset save as a user kit. I have tons of user kits.

3: I cant help with reaper I use Studio One 5. But try saving your session as a template. This works for me in Studio one. I have multi out templates and I have a stereo template.

Have him save the file as a sd3p file. He does this as follows, File – save as- filename. from the SD3 plugin

Then you download, save to wherever, then you go to file-load- filename

He can have the drum performance in the track and you will get that too
