And Henrik, that doesn’t work on macOS, who canned the ipfw tool on macOS around 10.11 (give or take a version), and cannot be reinstalled due to System Integrity Protection.  Bandwidth cannot be limited by any app – free or paid – on macOS without each app’s own implementation.
