    I have the same problem, your wrote ; ” the Product Manager because it knows the real state on the computer – what needs to be authorized and which updates have not been installed.” But its in the product manager that I read ” The product is authorised on this pc eventhough you don’t have any authorisation for this pc on your account ” How can I solve this and why don’t I have the authorisation for my computer on my account?
