    My hard drive crashed, so I lost my DAWs, plug-ins and Toontrack purchases. Drive not salvagable. I was reloading Toontracks stuff from your site last night and when I was trying to reload my EZMix producer packs, it wouldn’t let me, saying I need to retrieve my old password from a previous version of EZMix. Obviously, I CAN’T retrieve anything. So they’re telling me I have to buy EZMix again.

    I have spent a small fortune on your products, you can check. I’ve been thrilled with your products until now. I have no intention of buying the same thing twice because of your protocol when you can see that I am a faithful buyer. Most musicians in America aren’t working because of the virus scare, myself included.  I can’t buy something twice and shouldn’t have to.

    I don’t know what version of EZmix the problem is, except I think it was EZmix2. I hope you can fix this problem for me.
