Is anyone at Toontrack willing to further explain why this is the case? The same tired responses (“We can’t discuss marketing and pricing policies” etc) about the crossgrade being no longer available from SD2, yet promoting the fact that you can crossgrade from EZDrummer is such a poor and detestable way to treat long time customers. There are plenty of users here who due to financial constraints, life events or other circumstances weren’t able to take advantage of the crossgrade at the time, and you are essentially forcing them into another redundant product line just to upgrade their software. Clear communication and a willingness to respond to genuine feedback from customers seems optional from this company now.
