IS impossible for me to download the product manager, I got an error stating that I do not have internet connection but I do, I tried also from the site and it gives me a blank page seems that is down, so frustrating, what can we do to obtain the product manager or something that makes SD run again I need help please this is costing me money.

I am doing this in my computer I assigned the sound to an specific key in my computer (Using a MAC the keyboard feature) but it continusly lose all my mapping this is frustrating I need to go over and over with this. I also try to create a template and is saved, but one it loses the mapping I try to load the template and is not there anymore, please help how can I maintain my mapping
