I have exactly the same issue, just emailed technical support in regards to this, I feel like there is no mention on the website that you need EZmix initially for anything to work. It’s very easy to assume you’re getting a great deal, to only find out nothing will work unless you spend (in my case) hundreds of pounds. So I’ve spent £60 on plugins which up until the final point of installation, you don’t know that they won’t work without laying out a much larger sum. I’m hoping they can sort something out for me because obviously it isn’t great is it. And by the looks of it I’m not the only one. There should be a prompt before payment to make sure you have EZmix or Superior Drummer already downloaded.
