Hello all, Could use some help again.. after a fair amount of deliberation I chose to purchase Latin percussion. just downloaded it installation complete… don’t understand what’s going on. There are no Congas,shakers or tambourines sounds. it seems that the only thing that’s being played is what I have on the regular drum kit. not sure what to expect but it seems reasonable to think if I switch to the drum icon that I would see the Latin percussion pieces viewed there while a groove is playing.. wondering if in my ignorance of the website I purchased the wrong package and should’ve gotten Latin Cuban percussion as Jord had suggested. any help is appreciated thanks danc

Hey, when I could not find them, that’s what I thought, but then I called a buddy that has EZ 2 and 3 we both seem to remember hearing the brushes and thinking they were really good. have never had the occasion to use them, but they might work on the tune I’m working on. So much for our memory cells😂 btw this is without a doubt the nicest forum I have ever been on thanks a lot guys. Danc

If I may ask another question where would I find brushes? have checked both EZ 2 and 3 but don’t see anything. I had thought they were in one of the slots that were shakers, claps or tambourines… thank you  danc

Hey, just checking to see if there were any additional comments and notice that replies from me yesterday somehow are not here, so will try again. thanks to your help on the forum.finally got it figured out! Haven’t had a lot of time to audition grooves as yet but I’m sure I will find a beat somewhere. Thanks a lot guys

Hi better luck this time. i’m on the same window but just realize what I’m looking at better. I actually found a jazz pattern that might work. Sorry,just noticed a post indicating the far left side of EZ3 Click on the expansion pack and see if grooves come up… thanks of course will check that out later today possibly. Oh my starting to run out of gas😂

• Thank you jord , I have no doubt you’re right , When what I saw did not match what my expectations told me I should see, I immediately bailed out and hit. Do not save. I had anticipated being able to choose a bundle and audition that bundle. so when I saw grooves, I didn’t know if I was looking at grooves I already had or grooves from the midi shop. I will no doubt buy the Latin rhythm bundle so I have the instrumentation if I have to manipulate a beat, I’ll have Congas.   Thanks for the help. Danc

Hey,would be less than honest if I didn’t tell you what happened . I brought up EZ3 and on the second line as you said I see” show web shop Midi” there was an update which took a few seconds, then said I was logged in, and I see “preview all toontrack Midi from our online database..” there were some midi grooves shown but I don’t know from what package, etc. and I didn’t see anything that would take me to for instance singer / songwriter bundle ,so I could audition the contents. I pressed a few buttons the round orange ones in the same  lane ..next thing you know I had nothing! I don’t have much expertise in this area so I think I’m just going to buy Cuban Latin rhythms and that’ll be that… just wanted you to know I really appreciate your help….thx danc

Thanks again , Ahh, so if I don’t have one of the expansion packs you mentioned above with Latin percussion, no matter what I audition at the web shop I will not hear Congos? 😂 pretty tricky! I have modern and Nashville and now Latin rhythms. better start saving my pennies! Can you recommend either one of the two you mentioned .. you have saved me a lot of trouble! Appreciate it  Danc

Hi thanks for the help, had no idea how to go about auditioning(obviously) the grooves, i.e. that you accessed the auditioning process via EZ3 itself.. had assumed one had to go through TT website for that, thank you very much! I purchased Latin rhythm yesterday $28. smiling here , don’t mind the $28 hit, but I didn’t want to spend another $89 and not know what I was getting and don’t like to do trial downloads… don’t do a lot of songs and so am not up to speed by any stretch with capabilities of EZ3. will for sure audition the titles you recommended and also others like singer/songwriter,   Thanks buddy danc
