Sorry, I haven’t been looking at the Forum for a couple days. What I was intending was accompaniment silence on the last two beats of a measue while the melody plays by itself; and all this within EZK. I am not using a DAW at this stage of the song. I plan on using the DAW in the future as the song gets more fully developed. So I guess the only way of accomplishing this is to have a 2-measure block of space between actual blocks that have chords in them. Is that right? I think that would accomplish what I need. Thanks for the replies.
