    So, goofing around with it more, I guess it does behave in one way like Logic’s and other 3rd party instruments. If I hit record in Logic, then manually play (via my controller), I generate a region on the track I have EZ3 loaded in.

    I guess what I thought would happen, when I have a groove in EZ3 in the song track, would be that that groove would generate a region in Logic when I hit record in Logic. But, as I think through it, that’s probably awkward (programmatically). If dragging and dropping is the way, that’s fine. Just wanted to validate.

    To be honest, I’ve always been a bit confused with any virtual instruments/plugs that have their own recording functionality (e.g., some looping plugs) and how they interact/integrate with Logic.
