    Hi there, if you’ve installed the product in full there’s no need for the files anymore. So you can delete them. Besides if you run into issues you could always re download from the Toontrack product manager.

    Thanks for the suggestion Rixa, PayPal ended up working, however I got slugged transaction and exchange rate costs…not ideal. This is the first time using PayPal for a transaction on the Toontrack website, I’ve previously only ever used my card. Unsure why? I have bought other packs fine, infact I also purchased some EZX and EXK expansion packs over the same period and had no problems.

    This time though it certainly had something to do with the discount code, the error message says so clearly, that the sum doesn’t match…that’s obviously a Toontrack issue.

    Thanks Jack, copy paste didn’t work. The coupon code would apply successfully but when I would go to pay using my CC, I’d get the error. I had to use PayPal which I was hoping to avoid as I get slugged with transaction costs and exchange rate costs from the bank.

    Hi Guys,
    I’ve tried downloading Sound Library 1.1.2 three times and it still doesn’t download completely, keeps looping the last 2.0 to 2.2 Gb. Even tried downloading the update from the Website only to get a Data Error on soundb155.obw. Data-Error.JPG
