It took a while but I finally figured it out. I didn’t own Guitar Gods 3 and that’s why I didn’t know why I was missing that preset. I kept checking preset lists on the product pages but only on the products that I owned. I started to think that Toontrack just removed it all together. I asked my associate and it turns out that he owned it. At some point he was using his account during the mix process which gave him access to that preset. I just bought GG3 so I don’t have to worry about it now.

Thanks for letting me know which pack it was in. That really helped to narrow down the issue.

I am also having the same issue except I am running V.2.2.2. EZMix and all packs are up to date. I haven’t done any Windows reinstalls and nothing other than the EZMix update has changed. I just opened up the project one day and got the error message. Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.
