Hello.. Sorry for my late reply..
I tried to max the sample rate at 48 KHz, and Asio buffer size to 128 sample.
It seem to help, alot.. It doenst happen as often any more. But it still happens sometimes.
if i got like a drum track, and 3 other tracks going, it happens sometimes – Nothing major, but still not really anoying.
So if i add more, i can only guess its going to be worse.

The cracking is there where i record, or just play thru it. It doesnt seem to be recorded tho.
    I use the Steinberg/yamaha CI2+

What can i do to get rid of it completely.?

    hello..

    Cubase 64 check.

And im not really sure how about the ezdrummer. my Toontrack solo is 64, and works fine. So i quess my ezdrummer is 64 to.
i have also installed the 64 bit updates.

It comes when i have played with the drums in cubase for awhile.
When my guitar stars to get that crackling sound, like it cant keep up. – but its only on the input track, everthing else seems to work as a charm..
