Thanks for getting back to me. SOLVED! I got to the bottom of the problem – When I originally installed the 32 bit version, I installed the 32 bit .dll into my VST folder (which is for 64 bit) and then installed the 64 bit one over the top of it. This didn’t work. Instead I set up a separate 32 bit folder installed everything into that, and then when using the 64 bit updater installed the 64 bit .dll into my normal vst folder. At first this didn’t show up in Ableton even though it was in the correct folder. To get around this, I changed the vst folder location in ableton to my 32 bit folder (I don’t think this folder really matters), pressed rescan (all my plugins disappeared as expected), then changed it back to the 64 bit folder, rescanned it, and everything appeared including EZDrummer. The main issue for me is my lack of knowledge of 64/32 bit compatibility. The reason why I’m going 64 bit is because I’m using Electri6ity which is very memory heavy and want to be able to use more than 3GB of Ram. Cheers.
