Actually Basic Rock has some nice grooves. I just got my EZD 2 fired up for the first time, and I’m pleasantly surprised. I figured things would sound good but still kind of stiff. Not the case — this isn’t your father’s drum machine! (or, rather, my old drum machine from the 1980s.)
