hey guys, thanks for following up.
I tried “restore midi.” didn’t work.
the origin of the files are from the midi packs on https://www.getgooddrums.com/
the files themselves don’t seem to have any additional data on them as judged by the size of the files.
I’m not familiar enough with what could possibly cause thousands of bars worth of dead space to appear to troubleshoot this. All i did was drag the midi folders, after unzipping them, into my SD3 user folder. Perhaps that method was flawed in some way i can’t see?
