This is helpful. I haven’t been using SD3 for very long and this mauve why I am a little confused.
As you can see onu screenshots below. It is driven by the hi hat, but the power hand is on the ride in the edit window. I I move the power hand icon to the hi hat for that part, it doesn’t move back to the ride, as it should in the chorus.
As you said, I maybe not splitting it. What exactly does that mean. I have everything in is correct lane.
How change you automate the power hand from the hi hat in the verses to the ride in the choruses? I have the midi split out so it plays the right notes but the power hand option doesn’t change. If I pull the power hand from the ride in the chorus rocks hit hats, it doesn’t go back to being on the ride in the choruses. Is there a way to automate it to make the changes I am looking for?
Thanks! Yeah I have the parts in midi correct and all set. The verse is on the hats and the ride in choruses, I just wanted to know how automate the Power Hand option/feature within SD3. I am know how to move it, just not automate it. This is what I am trying to figure out.
