I spoke to Toontrak Tech today after not being able to install EZ Drummer and the Nashville Extension. He directed to log on to my account which showed my two products and their serial numbers and guided me step by step to click on the RED MAC button and the start the upload and I was able to install both. He was super nice. But. WHERE IS EZDRUMMER AN NASHVILLE? I have a brand new iMac ,ordered it with 33.3 MHz processor, 1TB Hard drive and 8GB memory so I could record music and be at the top of the game. I want to use Garage Band (Have Logic but have not installed it) but I dont see the Ez Drummer or Nashville loops in the Garageband drum loops menu. I was under the impression that when the software was installed it stored all the sounds in default and when you opened up your host(which I thought would be Garageband) it would work. I admit I am novice but I’m not totally dumb. I’m reading more on the tech support portal and understand you have to have an authorization code etc. I thought I was past all that and that it would work after the newest version download. I read where many new Imacs have the “Cant’ complete installation!” error. I have EzDrummer and Nashville EX and EZ Drummer _MAC_120.dmg and EZX_Nashville_UP showing on the DESKTOP. I ran both installers and then the upgrades as the Tech told me to install after I installed the new versions of EzDrummer and Nashville EX. I feel like a fish out of water. I am feeling like I purchased $250.00 worth of frustration instead of the absolutely brilliant drum softwear I know this is. Can anyone help me?

EDITED email address and phone # for your protection.
