Jord, I like your idea of hitting the record button in SD3 and hitting play in logic, but it’s not working for me. I have a song I recorded some time ago and I used logic drums. I just want to upgrade them in SD3. I’m soloing the original midi drum track and the new track I have SD3 on. I put the playhead to the beginning of the song. Hit record button in SD3, and then the play button in logic pro x. I just get blankness.
Is there a trick to this?
